India Leads Global Pushback: Uniting Nations to Combat Pakistan's Terrorism Threat and Secure Global Stability.

India has been actively rallying global support against Pakistan-sponsored terrorism, particularly in the wake of the recent terror attack in Pahalgam, Kashmir. This effort has been intensified through diplomatic channels and international forums, with a focus on exposing Pakistan's role in nurturing terror groups and demanding global recognition of its involvement.

An all-party delegation led by lawmaker Supriya Sule has embarked on a high-stakes tour to several nations, including Qatar and South Africa, to advocate for global unity against cross-border terrorism. The delegation, which includes prominent politicians like Rajiv Pratap Rudy, Manish Tewari, and Anurag Thakur, underscores India's firm stance against terrorism.

India's diplomatic efforts have also extended to the United Nations, where its Permanent Representative, Ambassador Parvathaneni Harish, has condemned Pakistan's "grossly hypocritical" stance on civilian protection, pointing out that Pakistan makes no distinction between terrorists and civilians. Ambassador Harish highlighted the attendance of Pakistani officials at the funerals of terrorists involved in attacks against India, further emphasizing Pakistan's support for terrorism.

In response to the Pahalgam attack and other instances of cross-border terrorism, India launched Operation Sindoor, targeting multiple terrorist hideouts across Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. This operation involved the use of frontline fighter jets and air defense systems to neutralize threats. Following these strikes, Pakistan retaliated with drone and missile attacks on various Indian cities, which were largely intercepted by India's defense systems.

The international community's response to the situation has been varied. Several African nations have expressed their views, with Egypt welcoming the ceasefire between India and Pakistan as a positive step towards stability. Angola, chairing the African Union, strongly condemned the Pahalgam terror attack and expressed solidarity with India. Indian External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar has been actively engaging with his counterparts from various countries, including non-permanent members of the UN Security Council, to build support for India's stance against terrorism.

India's efforts to combat terrorism also involve strengthening its own security measures. This includes the deployment of anti-drone systems and air defenses, such as the Russian S-400, to counter potential attacks. Furthermore, India has been actively exposing Pakistan's hypocrisy and holding it accountable for its actions in international forums. The country emphasizes that zero tolerance for terrorism is crucial for regional and global security.

The situation remains tense, with ongoing concerns about cross-border shelling and potential for further attacks. However, India's proactive diplomacy and military actions demonstrate its commitment to combating terrorism and ensuring the safety and security of its citizens. The global support India is garnering reflects a growing international consensus on the need to address terrorism effectively and hold those who sponsor it accountable.
