Jamie Lever, the daughter of veteran Bollywood actor Johnny Lever, has recently shared deeply disturbing experiences from her childhood that have had a lasting impact on her life. In a recent interview, she opened up about two particularly traumatic incidents that led her to distance herself from men for many years.

One of the incidents occurred outside her school, Jamnabai Narsee International School in Mumbai. Jamie recounted how, while waiting in the car with a friend for her brother, a man approached the vehicle and began to masturbate in front of them. She described the shock and confusion she felt, being only 10-12 years old at the time. Overwhelmed and scared, Jamie and her friend locked the car doors and pretended not to notice the man, who eventually walked away. The actress admitted that she didn't tell her parents about the incident because she didn't fully understand what had happened and was traumatized by the experience.

Adding to her distress, Jamie also revealed that the school bus conductor behaved inappropriately with her and other children. She explained that the conductor, who was supposed to be their protector, would touch them inappropriately. Jamie described these incidents as a "bad dream" and expressed her desire to avoid revisiting those memories. She also said that she was in one of the best schools.

These experiences had a profound effect on Jamie, causing her to become closed off and wary of men. She admitted that she didn't start dating until she moved abroad in her 20s. She also stated that she had suppressed these memories for a long time.

In addition to these incidents, Jamie shared that she experienced multiple flashing incidents, even after she started college. She recalled an incident at Andheri station in Mumbai, where a man randomly flashed her. These repeated experiences of harassment further contributed to her anxiety and distrust.

Jamie's decision to speak out about these traumatic events is part of a growing trend of Bollywood personalities sharing their experiences with sexual harassment and abuse. By sharing her story, Jamie hopes to raise awareness about the lasting impact of such incidents and encourage other victims to speak out.
