Pankaj Tripathi's return as the beloved advocate Madhav Mishra in "Criminal Justice: A Family Matter" (Season 4) has been met with much anticipation and excitement. As the series delves into a gripping new case, fans are also curious about the remuneration Tripathi received for his portrayal of the iconic character.

While specific figures for "Criminal Justice: A Family Matter" were initially undisclosed, reports suggest a significant increase in Tripathi's earnings compared to previous seasons. For earlier seasons of the "Criminal Justice" series, it's been reported that Tripathi earned approximately ₹4 crore. Given the massive success and popularity of the show, and Pankaj Tripathi's rising prominence, it is speculated that his fee has seen a substantial hike for the fourth season.

According to reports, Pankaj Tripathi is likely to have charged around ₹10 crore for "Criminal Justice Season 4". This substantial increase reflects his integral role in the series' success and the character's immense popularity among viewers. Madhav Mishra has become synonymous with the "Criminal Justice" franchise, and Tripathi's nuanced and compelling performance has made him one of the most iconic characters in Indian OTT courtroom dramas.

In an interview with India Today, Tripathi humorously acknowledged the positive impact of "Criminal Justice" on his finances. When asked if he has evolved over the years just like his character, he replied, "Yes, the bank balance has definitely improved. I was just kidding - but it has happened. With time, you experience such things."

The fourth season of "Criminal Justice" revolves around a high-stakes murder case, where Dr. Raj Nagpal (played by Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub) is accused of killing his girlfriend, Roshni Saluja (played by Asha Negi). Madhav Mishra & Associates takes on the case, navigating twisted truths, emotional turmoil, and intense legal drama. The cast includes Mita Vashisht, Shweta Basu Prasad, and Surveen Chawla, adding depth to the gripping narrative.

The release of "Criminal Justice: A Family Matter" has been staggered, with the first five episodes already available and episode 6 scheduled to release on June 19, 2025. This release strategy has led to some disappointment among viewers, who prefer to binge-watch the entire season at once. However, the positive reviews and Pankaj Tripathi's stellar performance continue to generate excitement and anticipation for the remaining episodes.
