Shivani Uberoi, the Indian-origin Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Lead at the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB), acknowledged the influence of the cricketers across both India and England. She noted that their skills and talent make every match exciting and that they serve as role models for girls not only in India but also in England and around the world.

UK Immigration Minister Seema Malhotra also highlighted how the Indian team's achievements are celebrated with enthusiasm among diaspora communities in Britain.

The Indian women's cricket team is currently in England for a series of T20I and ODI matches. Their visit and the warm reception at India House underscore their significant impact on and off the field, inspiring future generations and promoting the spirit of sportsmanship and national pride.
