Her attacking style, characterized by speed and well-executed combination punches, earned her a unanimous decision from the judges. Jaismine Lamboria, a Paris 2024 Olympian, added another gold to India's tally by defeating Brazil's Jucielen Cequeira Romeu 4-1 in the women's 57kg final. The 23-year-old used her reach to her advantage, particularly in the final round, landing effective counter punches to secure the win. Nupur completed the gold medal sweep for India, overcoming a tough challenge from local favorite Yeldana Talipova to win the 80+kg final with a 5-0 verdict.
