A video has gone viral showing Rahil Javed Shaikh, son of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) leader Javed Shaikh, allegedly abusing a woman, Rajshree More, in Mumbai. The incident occurred after Rahil allegedly rammed his car into More's vehicle in the Andheri area on Sunday night. More claims Shaikh was driving under the influence of alcohol. An FIR has been filed against Rahil, and he was detained for a medical examination; his car was also taken into police custody.

The video shows a shirtless Rahil Shaikh in a heated argument with Rajshree More. He is purportedly heard using abusive language and boasting about his father's position as the state vice president of MNS. According to reports, Rahil can be heard saying, "Bh**od paishe the," and daring More to file a police complaint. The video also shows him in an altercation with police officers.

The incident has drawn condemnation from various quarters. Shiv Sena (Eknath Shinde) leader Sanjay Nirupam criticized Rahil's behavior and questioned MNS's commitment to Marathi pride. Nirupam stated that Rahil misbehaved with the woman, flaunted his father's position, and was drunk. He further questioned Rahil's religious beliefs, asking "What kind of Muslim is he who consumes alcohol?".

Rajshree More, the woman involved in the incident, is a social media influencer and actress. She recently faced backlash after posting a video with controversial remarks about the local Maharashtrian community, questioning the emphasis on the Marathi language and suggesting that Marathi people should work harder. MNS workers filed a complaint against her, and she later issued an apology and removed the video.

The incident involving Rahil Shaikh is not the first time MNS workers have faced scrutiny. It has sparked criticism of the party, with some questioning their commitment to Marathi values and raising concerns about "hooliganism". The incident has also put the MNS on the defensive, especially given their recent focus on the language row in Maharashtra.

The police have registered an FIR at the Amboli police station and are investigating the matter. Rahil Shaikh was detained for a medical examination to determine if he was indeed under the influence of alcohol. His car has been seized for further investigation.
