Maruthi shared an update on the movie's shooting progress, stating, "We are shooting 'The Raja Saab' with very positive vibes. Only a few talkie parts and songs are left to be shot. Various companies are handling the CG work, and the output we've received so far is extremely exciting". He added that once the shooting of the songs is complete, the lyrical videos will be released one by one.
The film was shot on what is the largest indoor film set ever constructed in India, spanning 41,256 square feet. The set includes multiple rooms, a large drawing room, and a dining area. The haveli also adorns portraits of Sanjay Dutt, signifying that his character in the film still resides there. Large pianos, spider webs, and creaky doors add to the quintessential look and feel of a haunted palace.
The producer, TG Vishwa Prasad, stated that "The Raja Saab" has the biggest indoor set in the world, taking up almost 35,000 square feet. It reportedly took 1200 workers working tirelessly for 4 months to finish the spectacle.
Prabhas plays a double role in "The Raja Saab". In the movie, Prabhas will be seen in two contrasting avatars—one radiating electrifying energy, effortless style, and commanding screen presence, and the other cloaked in an air of mystery with a darker, mystical edge.
The makers of Prabhas's "The Raja Saab" revealed that they had been working 16 to 18 hours a day to achieve the desired outcome. The producer, TG Vishwa Prasad, opened up about the challenges of shooting a big-budget film, stating that the film took two and a half years.
