The Kerala lottery is considered one of the most trusted lottery games in the country. It is one of the weekly lotteries conducted by the Kerala State Government. It aims to improve living standards, create jobs, and promote financial well-being for citizens.

How to Claim Prizes:

Prizes can be claimed by surrendering the winning ticket to the Director of State Lotteries, along with the winner's signature, name, and address on the reverse side. For prizes exceeding ₹5,000, winners must claim their winnings from banks or government offices by submitting the lottery ticket and required ID proofs. A claim application and a self-attested copy of both sides of the ticket should also be submitted.

Deductions:

It's important to note that there are deductions applied to the prize money. A 12% commission is deducted from the first to third prizes and given to the agents who sold the winning tickets. For the consolation prize and 5th to 8th prizes, the agent's commission is 10%. Additionally, the government levies a 30% tax.

Important Note: Lottery games can be addictive, and it is advised to play responsibly.
