Gurmeet Choudhary and Debina Bonnerjee, fondly known as the "OG Ram-Sita" after their iconic portrayal of the mythological characters, have opened up about their latest project, "Pati Patni Aur Panga," and the dynamics of their relationship in recent interviews. The couple shared insights into their on-screen chemistry, real-life bond, and the challenges of balancing work and family life after becoming parents.

In an exclusive interview with News18 Showsha, Gurmeet and Debina revealed the reasons behind choosing to participate in "Pati Patni Aur Panga," also sharing behind-the-scenes fun. They also discussed their strategies for the show. The pair's "infectious energy and real-life warmth" have lit up the set, bringing "authenticity and fun to every frame".

Debina, in a conversation with IWMBuzz, expressed her excitement about returning to television and showcasing a raw, unfiltered side of her relationship with Gurmeet. "We've always believed in being completely ourselves, whether on or off camera, and I think that's the beauty of our bond," she stated. She added that the show will reveal unseen facets of their personalities and relationship.

When asked about potential hesitation in showcasing their relationship on national television, Debina confidently responded that they had none. She emphasized that their bond is built on friendship, love, and mutual respect, viewing the show as another adventure they are embarking on together.

Gurmeet and Debina also addressed how becoming parents has influenced their approach to work and the show. Debina acknowledged that parenthood requires meticulous planning and that their lives now revolve around their children. Taking on "Pati Patni Aur Panga" was a conscious decision, fitting into their new reality.

In another interview with Telly Talk, Gurmeet humorously mentioned a fun twist from the show where Debina is addressed as "Lord Debina," adding a comical element to their dynamic.

During an exclusive interview on the set of "Pati Patni Aur Panga" with SBB, Gurmeet expressed his admiration for Debina, particularly when she wears a red Bengali-style saree. He also mentioned that he finds her " खींची खींची आइज (Khinchi Khinchi eyes)," or " टाना टाना चोक (Tana Tana Chok)," very appealing. Debina playfully added that she was wearing that particular eye makeup for Gurmeet.

The couple, who proudly call themselves the "OG Ram-Sita," exuded love and affection throughout the interviews. They highlighted the importance of friendship and mutual support in their relationship, emphasizing that a wife's success is intertwined with her husband's. Gurmeet playfully expressed his desire to marry Debina again, admiring her in a white outfit. Debina, in turn, revealed that red is her favorite color, matching Gurmeet's preference.
