The renovation includes the addition of two more floors to the existing six-story structure, expanding the built-up area by approximately 616.02 square meters. The estimated cost for these additional floors is ₹25 crore. The Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) approved the construction of the two additional floors on December 11, 2024.
