Gurugram Police have made another arrest in connection with the shooting that occurred outside YouTuber Elvish Yadav's residence. This marks the second suspect taken into custody following the incident that took place last week.

The latest arrest involves a 24-year-old man named Jatin from Faridabad. According to authorities, Jatin allegedly provided the motorcycle that was used by the assailants in the attack. However, police have stated that Jatin was not directly involved in the actual firing. Jatin was apprehended near Hanuman Mandir on the Gurgaon-Faridabad road by officers from the Sector-40 Crime Branch. During questioning, Jatin admitted to planning the attack with accomplices and providing the motorcycle used in the incident. The motorcycle has been recovered from Jatin's possession. He was produced in court on Sunday and has been sent to judicial custody for 14 days. The motive behind the attack is still under investigation.

Prior to Jatin's arrest, police apprehended another suspect, identified as Ishant alias Ishu Gandhi, following an encounter on Friday. Ishant sustained a bullet wound to his leg during an exchange of fire with the police and is currently receiving treatment in a hospital. The encounter occurred near Faridpur village. Ishant is believed to have been riding the motorbike during the shooting incident.

The incident occurred in the early morning hours when three masked men on a motorbike opened fire outside Yadav's house in Sector 56, Gurugram. Between 15 to 30 rounds were fired at the building before the attackers fled the scene. Elvish Yadav was not at home during the incident, and no injuries were reported. CCTV footage confirmed the involvement of three individuals.

Following the shooting, the Himanshu Bhau gang claimed responsibility for the attack. The gang alleged that Elvish Yadav promoted betting apps that had "ruined families".

Elvish Yadav's father, Ram Avtar Yadav, stated that the family was inside the house at the time of the shooting. He also mentioned that the family believes the police are handling the investigation properly. Elvish Yadav reassured his fans and followers on Instagram that his family was safe.

Police have cordoned off the area and are continuing to investigate the incident, exploring potential links to organized crime. The investigation is ongoing, and authorities are making efforts to apprehend the remaining suspects involved in the case.
