Project Details
"The Adwaith" is spread across 8.3 acres and will consist of 668 premium apartments in five towers. The apartments will be available in 3BHK and 4BHK configurations, with prices starting from ₹1.7 crore. The project is being developed under a joint development model with landowners and will deliver a built-up area of 17 lakh sq. ft. within 30 months.
The project boasts 73% open space and a 45,000 sq. ft. clubhouse. The clubhouse will feature a heated infinity pool, yoga and sauna rooms, a mini-theatre, spa, gym, business center, and indoor games. Outdoor amenities include cycle and jogging tracks, a cricket pitch, pet-friendly parks, putt-putt golf, an amphitheater, and a Miyawaki-style dense forest trail. The five towers are named Aarka, Avani, Anila, Aqua, and Aranya, and one tower will also feature a helipad.
Location Advantage
Located on the 45-meter-wide CDP Road, "The Adwaith" will offer connectivity to key corridors such as the Outer Ring Road, Varthur–Sarjapur Highway, and the upcoming Peripheral Ring Road. Umesh Gowda HA, Chairman and Founder of Sanjeevini Group, noted that Gunjur is becoming a preferred destination for IT professionals due to its connectivity and infrastructure.
Sanjeevini Group's Expansion
Sanjeevini Group has developed over 15 lakh sq. ft. of residential, commercial, and mixed-use space since its inception in Bengaluru in 2010. The company has a pipeline of over 30 lakh sq. ft. of upcoming development, including "The Adwaith". Market Trends
Industry experts have observed strong interest in luxury launches in the area from upwardly mobile homebuyers seeking a combination of connectivity, lifestyle amenities, and open spaces. The real estate market has seen a sharp rise in sales of residential properties post-COVID-19 pandemic, driven by pent-up demand and a growing preference for homeownership.
