Royal Enfield, the iconic motorcycle manufacturer, has announced a collaboration with Flipkart, India's leading e-commerce marketplace, to sell its 350cc motorcycles online. Starting September 22, 2025, customers in Bengaluru, Gurugram, Kolkata, Lucknow, and Mumbai will be able to purchase Royal Enfield bikes via Flipkart. This marks the first time Royal Enfield's entire 350cc lineup will be available on an e-commerce platform.
The partnership aims to cater to the growing segment of digital-first customers, offering them a convenient and accessible way to explore and purchase Royal Enfield motorcycles. The models available on Flipkart include the Bullet 350, Classic 350, Hunter 350, Goan Classic 350, and the new Meteor 350.
B. Govindarajan, Managing Director of Eicher Motors Ltd and CEO of Royal Enfield, stated that this partnership allows them to meet customers where they are, providing a simple and convenient way to explore and purchase motorcycles online. He also emphasized that the final handover through authorized dealer partners would maintain the personal and seamless Royal Enfield experience.
Customers purchasing Royal Enfield motorcycles through Flipkart will receive full GST benefits applicable from September 22, 2025. Royal Enfield has also announced price cuts of up to ₹22,000 across its bestselling 350cc lineup, aligning with the latest tax reforms.
The customer journey for delivery and after-sales support will be managed by the customer's preferred Royal Enfield authorized dealer in the five cities. This ensures that customers continue to receive the personal touch and service associated with the Royal Enfield brand.
This move is part of Royal Enfield's broader vision to make their motorcycles more accessible, especially as India's consumer base increasingly shifts to digital platforms. By partnering with Flipkart, Royal Enfield aims to provide flexible payment options and the convenience of online booking.
This is not the first time Royal Enfield has partnered with Flipkart. Back in 2016, the two companies collaborated to sell Royal Enfield gear and accessories online. This earlier partnership included a wide range of products, from helmets and riding gear to lifestyle products like shoes, t-shirts, and jackets.
