Bengaluru, October 22, 2025 – In a statement that is likely to stir political waves within the Karnataka Congress, Yatindra Siddaramaiah, son of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, has suggested that his father is nearing the end of his political career and should now transition into the role of a mentor. This comes amid persistent speculation about a potential leadership change in the state, adding another layer of complexity to the ongoing political narrative.
Yatindra's remarks, made during a recent interview, have been interpreted by many as an indication that the Chief Minister himself may be considering stepping down or taking on a less active role in the government.
