ONE Group Developers, a real estate firm based in Delhi-NCR, has received approval for an additional 4.38-acre land parcel for its existing 150-acre housing project, ONE City Hamlet, in Mohali. The project is located in sectors 86, 98, 99, and 105 of S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali. This supplementary agreement strengthens the project's master development plan and consolidates the group's land holdings in a prime location in Mohali.
The newly added land offers a development potential of approximately 10 lakh square feet, with an estimated revenue potential of ₹600 crore. This expansion will enable ONE Group to launch new phases and future developments under its mega-project framework, with three new projects already planned for the coming year. The company plans to invest ₹1,200 crore in residential and commercial projects over the next two years in Mohali. These projects include low-rise independent floors, residential plots in Sector 98, and a landmark group housing venture, along with premium commercial spaces.

The Saavira will feature a G+25 high-rise tower comprising 72 spacious 3.5 and 4.5 BHK luxury residences with world-class amenities. The project is targeted for completion in 2031.
