The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has released the roll number-wise list of provisionally qualified candidates for the Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test (INI-CET) January 2026 session. The result, published on November 15, 2025, is now available on the official AIIMS website, aiimsexams.ac.in. The INI-CET examination was conducted on November 9, 2025, for admission to postgraduate courses like MD, MS, DM (6 yrs), MCh (6 yrs), and MDS.

Tie-Breaking Criteria
In cases where two or more candidates obtain equal marks, AIIMS has specified tie-breaking criteria:
- The candidate with fewer negative responses in the examination will be ranked higher.
- If the tie persists, the candidate older in age will be ranked higher.
Cutoff Percentile
AIIMS has announced the cutoff percentile for the INI CET 2025 January 2026 session. The category-wise cutoff percentile is as follows:
- Unreserved (UR), EWS/Sponsored/Deputed/Foreign National/Overseas Citizens of India (OCI): 50th percentile
- SC/ST/OBC: 45th percentile
Candidates must score above the qualifying cutoff to be eligible for the counseling process. The merit list will include candidates eligible to participate in the counseling rounds for seat allotment. The merit list typically includes eight times the number of total seats available across all Institutes of National Importance (INIs).
