On her 41st birthday, celebrated on November 18, 2025, Nayanthara has been announced as the leading lady in Nandamuri Balakrishna’s upcoming film, NBK111. This marks a significant reunion for the actress and Balakrishna, who last shared the screen seven years ago. The film, directed by Gopichand Malineni, is produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru under Vriddhi Cinemas.

The announcement was made via an official motion poster and video glimpse released by the filmmakers, showcasing Nayanthara in a regal avatar. She is set to play the role of a queen in the historical epic. The video glimpse presents the actress in a majestic look, embodying the grace and elegance of a queen befitting the film's landscape.
