Beri Vikram: Indian Millionaire's Tesla Crash and Arson Attempt in US - Identity and Allegations Explored

Beri Vikram, a 42-year-old man from Menlo Park, California, is facing charges of assault with a deadly weapon and resisting arrest following a bizarre incident at Garrod Farms Estate Winery & Stables in Saratoga. The Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office reported that the incident unfolded on a Saturday afternoon when Vikram allegedly attempted to start a fire at the winery.

When confronted by winery staff, Vikram reportedly threw a wine bottle at them before fleeing in a Tesla. He then allegedly intentionally crashed the Tesla into two parked cars, sending one over an embankment. Following the collisions, Vikram drove his Tesla off the same embankment and barricaded himself inside, refusing to surrender to the authorities.

Sheriff's deputies arrived at the scene and, after multiple attempts to de-escalate the situation, were forced to use pepperball and spray to extract Vikram from the vehicle. He was then taken into custody and transported to a local hospital for evaluation. After being medically assessed, Vikram was booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail.

Beri Vikram is identified as the founder of BetterLYF Wellness, an online mental health platform.

The incident is currently under investigation by the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office. Authorities are working to determine the circumstances and motivations behind Vikram's actions.
