Faridabad, December 18, 2025 – A 23-year-old female shooter has alleged rape at a hotel in Faridabad, leading to the arrest of three individuals, including a female friend of the victim. The incident occurred after the shooter participated in a competition at the Tilpat Shooting Range.

According to police reports, the victim, a resident of Bhiwani, had come to Faridabad with her female friend to participate in the shooting competition earlier in the week. The pair had planned to return to Bhiwani on Thursday. However, on Wednesday evening, the victim's friend contacted Gaurav, an acquaintance from Faridabad, to arrange transportation to the metro station. Gaurav arrived with his friend, Satendra. Subsequently, the group decided to stay overnight in Faridabad and booked two rooms at a hotel in the Sarai Khwaja area.

The victim stated in her complaint that the four individuals gathered in one of the rooms for a party. Around 9 pm, her friend and Gaurav left to get some supplies. During their absence, Satendra allegedly raped her. Upon the return of her friend and Gaurav, the victim went to another room and informed a different friend about the incident. She then locked her friend, Gaurav, and Satendra in the room and called the police.

Police teams promptly arrived at the hotel and arrested the three accused: Satendra, Gaurav, and the victim's female friend. A case was registered at the Sarai Khawaja police station based on the victim's complaint.

Police spokesperson Yashpal Singh confirmed the arrests, stating that all three accused were produced in court and have been sent to judicial custody. SHO Rakesh Kumar stated that the investigation is underway. The police are currently conducting further investigations into the matter.
