Arjun Bijlani is set to temporarily replace Bharti Singh as the host of "Laughter Chefs Season 3" while she is on maternity leave. Singh and her husband, Haarsh Limbachiyaa, welcomed their second child, a baby boy, on December 19, 2025.

Bijlani, known for his versatile acting and charm, is expected to bring a fresh dynamic to the Colors TV reality show. He has previously starred in hit shows like "Miley Jab Hum Tum," "Naagin," and recently won "Rise and Fall". Sources suggest Bijlani's experience in unscripted television makes him well-suited to handle the comedic and competitive aspects of the program.

"Laughter Chefs Season 3" has been winning hearts since its premiere last month, blending cooking, comedy, and celebrity fun. The show features celebrity contestants who showcase their culinary skills while engaging in playful banter and comedic antics. Chef Harpal Singh continues as the judge.

The temporary hosting change comes as Singh takes a brief break to enjoy time with her newborn. According to reports, Singh was actively shooting for the show and had even arrived on set when she experienced sudden contractions and was rushed to the hospital. Both mother and baby are reportedly doing well.

Producers have clarified that Bijlani's role is temporary, and Singh remains an integral part of the show, with her return already scheduled. Sources say that Bijlani will take on Singh's hosting duties, guiding contestants and interacting with celebrity participants while maintaining the show's signature humor.

The current season features a mix of returning stars and new faces. Familiar faces like Aly Goni, Jannat Zubair, Karan Kundrra, Elvish Yadav, Krushna Abhishek, and Kashmera Shah have returned. New celebrity contestants include Tejasswi Prakash, Vivian Dsena, Isha Malviya, Eisha Singh, and Gurmeet Choudhary with Debina Bonnerjee.

Following Bijlani's entry, there was speculation about him replacing Tejasswi Prakash, but these reports were clarified as false. Bijlani is solely filling in as a host until Singh's return.

Producers have expressed excitement about Bijlani's addition, noting his charisma and energy will ensure a seamless continuation of the show during Singh's absence. Fans have also sent their love and congratulations to Singh on social media.
