Samantha Ruth Prabhu, the popular South Indian actress, recently found herself in a chaotic situation at an event in Hyderabad. A video of the incident has gone viral, showing the actress struggling to navigate through a dense crowd of fans.

The incident occurred on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at Lulu Mall in Kukatpally. According to reports, a massive crowd of fans gathered at the mall for the event, leading to a serious breach of security. The situation escalated when fans attempted to enter the restricted area, eager to catch a glimpse of the actress. Private security guards tried to prevent them from entering, but the crowd became unmanageable.

As Samantha attempted to leave the venue, hundreds of fans surrounded her, jostling and attempting to take photographs. The security personnel had to physically escort her to safety and move her into a waiting car amid the chaos and near-stampede situation.

The viral video shows Samantha visibly shaken by the ordeal. Many have criticized the event organizers for failing to implement adequate security measures, which ultimately compromised the actress's safety. Some online users described the event as "disgusting" and expressed concern that it would "traumatize her for life".

Following the incident, KPHB police registered a suo motu case.

This isn't the first time a Tollywood actress has faced such a situation recently. Actress Nidhhi Agerwal also experienced a similar incident at a song launch event for the film The Raja Saab at the same venue. The event, which was also attended by actress Malavika Mohanan, turned chaotic when fans became unruly, leading to Agerwal being manhandled and requiring rescue by security personnel.
