Manu and Sindhu Varma's 25-Year Marriage Ends: Divorce Announced After Decades Together, Sources Confirm.

Malayalam television actors Manu Varma and Sindhu Varma are heading for a divorce after 25 years of marriage. Manu Varma has revealed that he and Sindhu have been living separately for the past two years. The divorce case is currently under the court's consideration.

Manu Varma, son of veteran actor Jagannath Varma, is known to the Malayali audience for his roles in films and television serials. Sindhu Varma is also a well-known actress in Malayalam television and cinema. The couple, who were married after falling in love, have three children together. Their eldest son is an IT engineer in America, their second child is in Bangalore, and their daughter is reportedly unwell.

In a recent interview, Manu Varma opened up about the crises in his family life and stated that the chances of reconciliation are very slim. "Sindhu and I have separated," he said. "The divorce case is pending in the court. My wife and I are now separated. It is not official. The chances of us getting back together are very slim." He also added, "When there is a disagreement, it is better to stay apart. I am someone who has no problem maintaining the friendship even after separation."

Manu Varma expressed his thoughts on the current trend of separations, "It's no use saying that we fell in love and lived together. Many people who fell in love and lived together have broken up. There are many people I know like this. Everything is part of the game. Now it's a fashion." He also spoke about the difficulty of going to family court, "You can only know the difficulty of going to the family court when you go there. Thousands of cases come in a day. You can see the judge sitting there with a headache at times. Those who have split never say anything good about each other. It's like throwing dirt at each other inside the courtroom. Now I really hate to go there."

Manu Varma also reflected on the changing times, "In the past, husbands and wives used to understand each other. When times change, everyone's mind changes, right? It doesn't take long for separation to happen." He suggested that when compatibility is no longer there, it is better to live apart. He also expressed his hope that the concept of maintaining friendship after separation, as seen in foreign countries, would be adopted in Kerala.
