Bihar STET 2025 Results Out: 57.96% Qualify out of 4.4 Lakh Candidates Who Appeared for the Exam.

The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has officially announced the results of the Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test (STET) 2025 on January 5, 2026. Qualified candidates will receive an STET eligibility certificate from BSEB, which is a prerequisite for applying to secondary and higher secondary teaching positions in Bihar's government school system. Each candidate's scorecard provides a breakdown of their performance in subject content and teaching aptitude.

The minimum passing marks for different categories, as per the General Administration Department's resolution dated July 16, 2007, are as follows:

  • General: 50%
  • Backward Classes: 45.5%
  • Extremely Backward Classes: 42.5%
  • SC/ST, Persons with Disabilities, Women: 40%
