This win propelled the Welsh club, co-owned by Hollywood stars Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, into sixth place in the second-tier Championship, marking their entry into a playoff position for the first time this season.

The match, played at Loftus Road, saw Wrexham clinch the win with two stoppage-time goals. Josh Windass leveled the score in the third minute of added time, followed swiftly by Ollie Rathbone's decisive goal just a minute later. Rathbone is one of the thirteen players Wrexham brought in during the summer transfer window. The club spent an estimated $40 million and repeatedly broke its transfer record.

Wrexham's ascent through the English soccer pyramid has been nothing short of remarkable.
