Delhi Blast Investigation: Four Additional Suspects Apprehended in India Following Fatal Explosion.

Indian authorities have made further arrests in connection with the deadly car bombing near Delhi's Red Fort on November 10th, which resulted in 10 fatalities and 32 injuries. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) announced the apprehension of four additional individuals, bringing the total number of arrests to six.

The four newly arrested individuals have been identified as Dr. Muzammil Shakeel Ganai from Pulwama, Dr. Adeel Ahmed Rather from Anantnag, Dr. Shaheen Saeed from Lucknow, and Mufti Irfan Ahmad Wagay from Shopian. According to the NIA, these individuals played "a key role in the terror attack". All four were previously in the custody of Jammu and Kashmir police. A Delhi court has remanded the four accused to 10 days of NIA custody. The NIA had sought 15 days for interrogation.

The NIA had previously arrested Amir Rashid Ali, in whose name the car used in the blast was registered, and Jasir Bilal Wani alias Danish, who allegedly provided technical support to the bomber. The agency alleges that Wani assisted Umar Un Nabi, the suicide bomber, who was also a doctor.

According to investigators, the accused were involved in coordinating logistics, encrypted communication, and providing ideological motivation for the suicide bomber. The NIA is coordinating with multiple state police units to dismantle the network behind the blast. The agency stated it is pursuing all leads to uncover the full conspiracy and identify every individual involved in the attack.

The arrests follow the recovery of an AK-47 rifle from an unclaimed locker allotted to Dr. Adeel at GMC Anantnag, which has triggered checks across hospitals in Jammu and Kashmir.
