Palak Tiwari, daughter of actress Shweta Tiwari, recently shared insights into her mother's "frugal" nature and how she encouraged her to embrace a more rewarding lifestyle. In an exclusive interview, Palak revealed that she finally convinced her mother to buy her first designer bag, something Shweta had always avoided.

Palak described Shweta as someone who has always been very simple and prioritizes the needs of her family above her own desires. She mentioned that her mother was "tired of jholi," referring to her preference for simple tote bags. Palak felt that Shweta, who has worked incredibly hard throughout her life, deserved to treat herself to a little luxury. "It's not about being materialistic so much so as it's about rewarding yourself," Palak explained. "She is a girl at the end of the day. She is still a girl at heart, and every girl loves her bags."

Palak emphasized that her desire for her mother to indulge in luxury wasn't about materialism but about Shweta recognizing her own worth and allowing herself to enjoy the fruits of her labor. She added, "If you can afford it and if you know you deserve it, you know, kitna you run behind me and Nani and Reyansh, you should give yourself some luxury in life, which is why I tell her, 'Prioritize yourself sometimes, yaar. Don't buy for Reyansh.'"

Shweta, known for her roles in television shows, has often been seen as a practical and grounded individual. Palak's anecdote highlights a different side of their relationship, where the daughter encourages the mother to embrace a little self-indulgence. Palak even admitted to schooling her mother, jokingly saying, "Mummy, what is this? You should buy brands from London and Paris."

This revelation comes amidst Palak's own rising success in the entertainment industry. After making waves with her music video "Bijlee Bijlee" and her Bollywood debut in "Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan," Palak is currently working on new projects. Meanwhile, Shweta continues to be a strong support system for her daughter, assisting her with script readings and auditions. Shweta admits to being a tough critic but also acknowledges Palak's hard work and dedication.

Interestingly, Shweta herself has acknowledged Palak's love for luxury brands. In a previous interview, she mentioned that Palak enjoys splurging on branded bags and clothes and often prefers shopping in London, unlike Shweta, who doesn't often visit mall showrooms. She even shared that she has given Palak her credit cards with hotel and airline benefits, trusting her to manage her expenses responsibly.

Palak's efforts to encourage her mother to spend on herself resonate with many who believe in rewarding oneself after years of hard work and dedication. It showcases a heartwarming dynamic between mother and daughter, where they both learn from each other and encourage each other to grow.
