"Everything that I ate had to go through a plan in my head," he explained. While preparing for "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11," he revealed that he consumed more than 12 eggs daily to maintain his physique and clarified that his gains were natural, without the use of steroids or chemical enhancements.

Dahiya's dedication isn't just about aesthetics; it's deeply intertwined with his sense of self. As he stated in December 2024, "Fitness has become a part of my identity".
