  • Jumping Jacks: 60 seconds of this total-body workout that combines aerobic exercise and resistance work, engaging the glutes, quadriceps, and hip flexors while managing weight and improving cardiovascular health.
  • Glute Kicks: 40 seconds of glute-strengthening exercises that support the lower body, improve balance and posture, strengthen the core, and boost metabolism to aid in weight loss.
  • Rope Skipping: 50 seconds of simulated rope skipping to improve heart health, burn calories, and strengthen the core.
  • High Knee Taps: 30 seconds of high knee exercises to activate the hamstrings, calves, glutes, quadriceps, and hip flexors for burning fat.

In addition to her HIIT workouts, Malaika incorporates yoga into her fitness regime. She often shares her yoga routines, including variations of Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Facing Dog), which targets core muscles and promotes a toned body. These yoga asanas help in stretching the body, improving flexibility, and building upper body strength.
