After a 13-year absence, Guns N' Roses returned to India, electrifying Mumbai with a performance at the Mahalaxmi Race Course on May 17, 2025. The concert was part of their Asia tour, drawing a massive crowd of fans from across the country, eager to witness the iconic rock band live.

The lineup featured Axl Rose on vocals and piano, Slash on lead guitar, and Duff McKagan on bass. The band delivered a setlist packed with their greatest hits, including "Welcome to the Jungle," "Sweet Child o' Mine," "November Rain," "Paradise City," and "Knockin' on Heaven's Door". They also played "You Could Be Mine", "Live and Let Die", and "Estranged". The setlist also included "Mr. Brownstone" and "Chinese Democracy". The performance was a mix of classic anthems and fan favorites, appealing to both long-time followers and newer listeners.

Adding to the excitement, Indian rock band Girish and the Chronicles opened the show, warming up the crowd with their performance from 5:45 PM to 6:15 PM. Guns N' Roses took the stage at 6:45 PM, playing until 10 PM, taking fans on a nostalgic trip through their iconic discography.

The concert was not just a musical event but a celebration of rock history, with fans reveling in the band's timeless appeal. The Mahalaxmi Racecourse was transformed into a rock-and-roll playground, echoing with the sounds of roaring guitars and powerful vocals. The event was presented by BookMyShow Live and global producers Live Nation.
