The transaction, finalized on June 6, 2025, involves a five-year lease agreement registered under their production company, Dreamiyata Entertainment Pvt Ltd, with Sargun Mehta as the authorized signatory. The new residence places them among other prominent personalities, as they become neighbors with Indian cricketer KL Rahul, veteran actor Jackie Shroff and businessman Yash Goenka, who also reside in the same building. Bandra West is already home to numerous Bollywood stars like Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, and Rekha, making it one of the most star-studded locations in Mumbai.
The financial details of the lease reveal a significant investment. The security deposit for the apartment is a substantial ₹80 lakh. The monthly rent starts at ₹11 lakh for the first year and includes an annual escalation clause. The rent will increase to ₹11.55 lakh in the second year, ₹12.12 lakh in the third, ₹12.73 lakh in the fourth, and ₹13.37 lakh in the fifth year.
