One important rule is that Sitaare Zameen Par's earliest show cannot begin before 9 am. According to reports, Aamir has declined blockbuster prices for Sitaare Zameen Par to keep the movie accessible to a wider audience.

Advance bookings for Sitaare Zameen Par have reportedly crossed Rs 1.6 crore. Early estimates suggest that the film may open between Rs 11 to Rs 15 crore on its first day.
