Indian Member of Parliament and celebrated author Shashi Tharoor is embarking on a new project with Russia Today (RT) to host a documentary series titled 'Imperial Receipts'. Tharoor, currently in Russia as the head of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on External Affairs, announced the collaboration on Wednesday, June 25, 2025.
