Shefali’s friend told the media that Shefali was actively doing her events and shows and used to travel quite often for work both out of India and in the country too.
While initial reports suggested cardiac arrest as the cause of death, the exact cause is still unconfirmed. A post-mortem examination has been conducted at Cooper Hospital, but doctors have reserved their opinion pending forensic analysis. Police have registered an Accidental Death Report (ADR) and are investigating the circumstances surrounding her death. Preliminary information suggests a natural death, but authorities are not ruling out any possibilities until the final reports are received.
Some reports have emerged suggesting that Shefali Jariwala was on a regular dose of anti-aging medicines for 6-7 years, which may have triggered heart issues leading to cardiac arrest. According to reports, on June 27, Shefali received her routine injection for anti-aging treatments, which led to a sudden deterioration of her health.

She subsequently appeared in films like "Mujhse Shaadi Karogi" and several reality shows, including "Nach Baliye" and "Bigg Boss 13".
