During the shoot of the song "Sajna Ji Vaari Vaari" from the 2007 film Honeymoon Travels Pvt Ltd, choreographer Farah Khan suspected that actor Kay Kay Menon was under the influence of drugs or alcohol due to his unusual and spontaneous dance moves.

Kay Kay Menon played a "nerdy Bengali husband" in the film, alongside Raima Sen. He described his character as someone who "unknowingly gets high after drinking something spiked". To prepare for the role, Kay Kay sought guidance from director Reema Kagti on how to authentically portray the effects of being high. He explained that once he understood what Kagti wanted, his character opened up.

The incident occurred when Farah Khan arrived on the yacht where they were filming the dance sequence. Kay Kay had arrived early and requested Farah not to give him "aerobic-style dance steps", but instead allow him to "flow with the character" and let his dance be part of the act. Farah agreed, and Kay Kay began to dance spontaneously.

Farah Khan was baffled by Kay Kay's dance. She stopped him and asked if he was drunk or had taken any drugs. Kay Kay denied both, stating that he is a teetotaler. He clarified that his dance was not intended to showcase his dancing skills but was simply a part of his character's portrayal. Kay Kay's "avant-garde antics" in the song were a delight to watch because there was no "greasepaint, no self-consciously rehearsed step, no cute camera angles".

The song "Sajna Ji Vaari Vaari" was sung by Sunidhi Chauhan and Shekhar Ravjiani, with lyrics by Javed Akhtar and music by Vishal Dadlani and Shekhar Ravjiani. The film Honeymoon Travels Pvt Ltd also starred Boman Irani, Shabana Azmi, and Amisha Patel.
