Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has once again captured the attention of fans and media alike, this time with his remarkable physical transformation following the release of his action film, Sikandar. Recent photos, shared by his Race 3 co-star Saajan Singh, have gone viral, showcasing a leaner and more toned physique that has left many in awe.

In the images, Khan is seen sporting a casual yet stylish look, dressed in a black t-shirt and blue jeans. The actor's impressive physique is hard to miss, especially after he faced criticism a month prior for his appearance in a viral concert video. The new photos have sparked admiration and positive reactions across social media, with fans praising his dedication to fitness and youthful appearance.

This transformation comes after the release of Sikandar, an action drama film directed by A. R. Murugadoss, which was released on March 30, 2025. In the film, Khan plays Sanjay "Sikandar" Rajkot, a man who seeks to redeem his past and finds himself battling a vengeful politician. Despite a hefty production budget and high expectations, Sikandar had an underwhelming opening at the box office, earning ₹26 crore domestically on its first day. Khan continued shooting, even dancing to the Sikandar song, despite suffering from broken ribs.

According to sources close to the actor, Khan's fitness regimen involves intense HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) workouts and volume sets with minimal rest, under the guidance of his long-time trainer Rakesh R Uddiyar. He reportedly prefers training without air conditioning to maximize calorie burn and push his endurance.

Adding to the buzz around his transformation, there are reports that Khan may be preparing for a role in a war drama based on the Galwan Valley conflict. Some reports suggest that he might be portraying Colonel B Santosh Babu, a real-life military hero who led the 16 Bihar regiment during the 2020 clash with Chinese troops. This role would require him to be not only physically fit but also emotionally and mentally strong.

Khan himself recently shared a cryptic yet insightful message on social media: "Protect the man in the mirror" . This message could be interpreted as a call for self-care, self-preservation, and a reminder to stay true to oneself amidst the constant scrutiny and pressures of the entertainment industry.

Whether it's for a new movie role or a personal commitment to fitness, Salman Khan's latest transformation is a testament to his dedication and willpower.
