Ram Kapoor has firmly dismissed rumors linking him to the upcoming season of Bigg Boss, stating he would not participate "even if they offer me Rs 20 crore". In an exclusive interview, the popular television and film actor clarified his stance on reality shows like Bigg Boss, emphasizing that the format doesn't align with his personal values or professional goals.

Kapoor, known for his roles in shows like "Ghar Ek Mandir," "Kasamh Se," and "Bade Achhe Lagte Hain," considers himself an actor and views Bigg Boss as a form of "voyeurism" rather than a platform to showcase talent. He said that these types of shows, while successful, simply capitalize on the public's interest in watching other people's lives. As a private person, Kapoor believes he would be the "worst person for Bigg Boss".

Furthermore, Kapoor expressed concern that participating in a show like Bigg Boss could be detrimental to his career. He stated that he would be "forgotten in no time" if he were to do such a show. Kapoor's career spans television, film, and web series, and he has garnered attention for his recent physical transformation. He made his television debut in 1999 with "Nyay" and has also participated in reality shows like "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa" and hosted "Rakhi Ka Swayamvar".

Interestingly, while Ram Kapoor has rejected the Bigg Boss offer, there are reports that his wife, Gautami Kapoor, may be approached for the show. However, there has been no confirmation from Gautami regarding her participation. Ram and Gautami Kapoor met on the set of "Ghar Ek Mandir".

Bigg Boss 19 is expected to premiere in August and will reportedly have the theme of "Rewind". The secret room, a fan-favorite element, will also be reintroduced this season. A possible twist being considered is that the audience will nominate contestants, while the housemates will decide who gets evicted. There are also rumors that Bigg Boss 19 might include a non-human participant, Habubu, an AI robot doll from the UAE. The promotional shoot for the show is expected to conclude soon, and the premiere is anticipated in August.

While the official contestant list is yet to be revealed, names like Mamta Kulkarni, Dheeraj Dhoopar, Daisy Shah, Sharad Malhotra, Tanushree Dutta, Faisal Shaikh (Mr. Faisu), Apoorva Mukhija (Rebel Kid), Gaurav Taneja (Flying Beast), Munmun Dutta, Kanika Mann, and Paras Kalnawat are circulating as potential participants.
