- In-Game Qualifiers: July 13, 2025. All registered teams will play a maximum of 12 matches, with the top eight scores considered for the final rankings. The top 48 teams will advance to the next round.
- Online Qualifiers: July 26 - August 3, 2025. The 48 qualified teams will be divided into groups to compete over two weeks. The top 18 teams will proceed to the League Stage.
- League Stage: August 22 - September 14, 2025. This stage is divided into two modes:
- Weeks 1 and 2: Round-robin format with 18 teams playing 24 matches each. The top 8 teams advance to the Free Fire MAX India Cup 2025 - Clash Squad.
- Weeks 3 and 4: Top 2 teams from each match day (across 3 days) directly advance to the Grand Finals. Top 6 teams from Week 4, Day 2 match day advance to the Grand Finals.
- Grand Finals: September 27 - 28, 2025. The top teams will battle for the championship and a share of the ₹1 crore prize pool.
- Day 1: Top four Clash Squad teams compete in a best-of-five match to determine the Clash Squad Champion.
- Day 2: Top 12 Battle Royale finalists compete in a Champion Rush format. Teams accumulate points, and the first team to reach 80 points and secure a "Booyah" (win) in the Champion Rush phase will be crowned champion. If no team achieves both within 10 matches, the team with the highest total points wins.
