After a long hiatus, Smriti Irani is set to reprise her iconic role as Tulsi Virani in the reboot of "Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi". The show, which originally aired on Star Plus from July 3, 2000, to November 6, 2008, is making a comeback after 25 years, much to the delight of its fans.

The first promo of "Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2" has been released, showcasing Smriti Irani in her signature avatar as Tulsi. The promo evokes a sense of nostalgia, with a family reminiscing about the show's legacy and expressing their excitement about Tulsi's return. In the promo, Smriti Irani is seen offering water to the Tulsi plant, a signature scene from the original series.

Smriti Irani's return marks her comeback to acting after a considerable gap.
