Rupali Ganguly, the star of the popular television show "Anupamaa," has captured the hearts of fans not only with her on-screen performance but also with her relatable off-screen moments. A recent instance of this relatability involves a video that Ganguly shared on her Instagram account, revealing her "nap buddy" on the sets of "Anupamaa". The actress, known for her portrayal of the titular character Anupamaa, gave her three million followers a glimpse into her vanity room in the video.
The snippet shows Ganguly, clad in a saree, catching some sleep next to a dog she cares for on the set of "Anupamaa". Another video shows Ganguly holding the dog in her lap, with the caption “Meri godh wala bachcha (My lap baby)".
This isn't the first time the actress has shared her love for napping amidst her busy shooting schedule. Back in June 2021, on International Yoga Day, Ganguly posted a photo of herself napping on the sets, humorously captioning it, "Nidra-asana is the only asana I have mastered".
The "Anupamaa" series is adapted from the Bengali series "Sreemoyee" and features Sudhanshu Pandey, Madalsa Sharma, and Gaurav Khanna in addition to Ganguly. The show is produced by Rajan Shahi and Deepa Shahi under Director's Kut Productions and is broadcast on Star Plus.
