Initial diagnosis suggested the presence of lymph nodes in her left breast area, which doctors thought might be the cause of the pain. A subsequent diagnosis pointed to a left muscle injury. During that time, a mammography was performed, and doctors advised a follow-up scan after three months. However, this was delayed due to her liver cancer diagnosis, surgery, and recovery.

Kakar also shared that she had recently weaned her son, Ruhaan, and despite taking medication to suppress milk production, she felt some discomfort. This prompted her to take a proactive approach and undergo the mammography. Her husband, Shoaib Ibrahim, revealed that the mammography results came back normal, and the lymph nodes had disappeared on their own. Kakar also confirmed this in her vlog, expressing her relief. Earlier mammography in January 2025 had shown an increase in the size of the lymph nodes.
