Neetu Kapoor often shares such cherished memories of her late husband on social media, keeping his vibrant spirit alive for his admirers. On April 30th, she commemorated Rishi Kapoor's fifth death anniversary, fondly remembering his zest for life. She reflected on how he embraced every moment with energy and passion, leaving a lasting impact on everyone around him.

Rishi Kapoor's journey in the film industry began as a child artist in his father's film, "Mera Naam Joker". His first role as an adult was in the movie "Bobby," where he starred opposite Dimple Kapadia. This role catapulted him to fame and established him as a leading actor in Bollywood.

Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh's love story began on the sets of "Zehreela Insaan" in 1974. Their on-screen chemistry soon translated into an off-screen romance, and they married in 1980. Together, they have two children: Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, a designer, and Ranbir Kapoor, who followed in his parents' footsteps and became a successful actor. Rishi and Neetu starred together in several memorable films, including "Rafoo Chakkar", "Besharam", "Kabhi Kabhie", "Zinda Dil", and "Amar Akbar Anthony".

Rishi Kapoor passed away in 2020 after battling leukemia. Neetu Kapoor stood by his side throughout his cancer treatment in New York. His death marked the end of an era in Bollywood, leaving a void in the hearts of his fans and the film fraternity.
