Premanand Maharaj, touched by the gesture, thanked Raj Kundra but declined the offer. He said that it was enough for him that Kundra remains happy. He further added that he would not leave the world because of a kidney until the time comes, but he sincerely accepted Kundra's goodwill.

Shilpa Shetty also engaged in a conversation with Premanand Maharaj, inquiring about the practice of chanting 'Radha'. Maharaj explained that chanting 'Radha' could help her get rid of her problems. He reportedly stated that following the guidance of saints could lead to a fulfilled life.

This visit comes amid renewed legal troubles for the couple. The Economic Offences Wing of the Mumbai Police has registered a case against Kundra and Shetty, alleging a fraud of over ₹ 60 crore. However, their lawyer has dismissed the charges as false, baseless, and malicious.
