The pilot informed the passengers about the situation, explaining that the landing had to be aborted, which triggered panic among some passengers. One passenger recounted a moment of silence followed by visible fear, with some individuals beginning to pray.

Following the initial failed attempt, the aircraft circled the Nagpur airport for approximately 15 minutes. The flight then made a second landing attempt, which was successful, and the plane landed safely.
