Final Destination: Bloodlines, the sixth installment in the Final Destination franchise, is set to arrive on OTT platforms in India on October 16, 2025.

The film will be available on JioCinema and Disney+ Hotstar in India. JioHotstar made an announcement on Instagram, sharing the film's poster with the caption: “Death runs in the family. Final Destination: Bloodlines streaming 16th October onwards in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu only on JioHotstar”. Storyline:
Final Destination: Bloodlines centers on Stefani Reyes, a college student who is plagued by recurring nightmares. She soon discovers that she is connected to a family curse that originated in 1968. In 1968, Iris Campbell, Stefani's grandmother, had a premonition of a deadly skyscraper collapse at the grand opening of the Sky View restaurant. Iris warned people and prevented the disaster, but in doing so, she disrupted Death's design. Now, decades later, Death is coming for Stefani's family.
Stefani must now find a way to break Death's cycle and save her loved ones from a grisly fate. Stefani seeks answers from her dying grandmother, Iris, who warns her that Death is coming for their family. Iris passes on a notebook documenting Death's actions to Stefani to protect her family. Stefani then learns about William Bludworth, who has knowledge of how to defeat Death.
