Priyanka Chopra Charms Hyderabad Before Joining Rajamouli in Varanasi, Delighting Paparazzi with Stunning Appearance.

Priyanka Chopra recently left Hyderabad after attending the grand unveiling of SS Rajamouli's upcoming film, "Varanasi". The event, held at Ramoji Film City, drew over 50,000 fans and revealed Mahesh Babu's first look in the film. Chopra, who stars in the film alongside Babu and Prithviraj Sukumaran, made a lasting impression with her gracious presence and heartfelt words.

The "Varanasi" title and first look were launched during the 'GlobeTrotter' event. Chopra expressed gratitude for the overwhelming fan turnout and highlighted the joy of filming in India. She also praised her co-stars, calling Prithviraj Sukumaran "terrifying" on screen but kind in person.

Chopra donned a stunning all-white traditional lehenga at the event. Taking to the stage, she shared her experiences working with director SS Rajamouli and co-star Prithviraj Sukumaran, and expressed her admiration for Telugu Superstar Mahesh Babu. She referred to Mahesh Babu as "incredible" and "legendary," thanking his family, Namrata Shirodkar and Sitara, for their hospitality and for making her feel at home in Hyderabad. She even playfully engaged with Babu's fans, joining in their chants of "Babu, Babu!".

Rajamouli unveiled a poster on social media introducing Priyanka Chopra Jonas as Mandakini in "Varanasi". He welcomed her back to Indian cinema, expressing his excitement for the world to witness her portrayal of the character. Chopra also shared the poster, describing her character as "more than what meets the eye".

The film "Varanasi" is slated for a Sankranti 2027 release. The teaser showcased Mahesh Babu as Rudhra, riding a bull and wielding a trishul. Music composer MM Keeravani confirmed the release date. Rajamouli shared his long-held dream of depicting the Ramayana and Mahabharata on screen, expressing his excitement about shooting an important episode from the Ramayana early in the filmmaking process. He also mentioned that Mahesh Babu embodies both the charm of Krishna and the calmness of Rama.

The stage at the Hyderabad event was designed to replicate the ghats of Varanasi, complete with flowing waters of the Ganges, enhancing the spiritual tone of the evening. The event was hosted by YouTuber Ashish Chanchlani and Telugu presenter Suma Kanakala. Shruti Haasan performed her new single "Let It Bang, GlobeTrotter" from the film's album.

Adding a personal touch, Chopra shared that her daughter, Malti Marie, had a wonderful time in Hyderabad, enjoying playful moments with Mahesh Babu's daughter Sitara and exploring a local farm.
