After Bihar Victory, Amit Shah Urges Party Workers to Gear Up for Bengal & Tamil Nadu.

New Delhi: Following the National Democratic Alliance's (NDA) victory in the Bihar elections, Union Home Minister Amit Shah has called upon Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers to gear up for the upcoming assembly elections in West Bengal and Tamil Nadu. Shah asserted that the Bihar win reflects the nation's determination to expel infiltrators and highlighted the strong support for the Modi-Nitish Kumar duo and the NDA alliance.

Addressing party workers, Shah emphasized that the Bihar election result was a mandate against infiltration, accusing opposition parties, including the Congress, Trinamool Congress (TMC), and DMK, of supporting infiltrators for vote bank politics and opposing the special intensive revision (SIR) of electoral rolls. He criticized Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for allegedly holding a "ghuspaithiya bachao yatra" (march to save illegal infiltrators) during the Bihar polls. Shah declared the BJP's resolve to remove every single infiltrator from the country, stating that they have no right to participate in the democratic process.

Shah's remarks were made at a gathering in Morbi, Gujarat, after inaugurating the district BJP's new headquarters. He referenced predictions from political analysts who had anticipated a BJP and NDA defeat in Bihar and the upcoming West Bengal and Tamil Nadu elections. Shah countered these predictions, confidently stating that the BJP and NDA would form governments in West Bengal and Tamil Nadu as well.

In a related event, speaking at the 61st Raising Day parade of the Border Security Force (BSF) in Bhuj, Kutch, Gujarat, Shah commended the BSF's efforts to stop infiltration, emphasizing its importance for national security and preventing the pollution of the democratic system by infiltrators. He urged the public to support the SIR process, reiterating that only Indian citizens should decide who governs the country.

Shah also highlighted the achievements of the Modi government over the past 11 years, emphasizing reforms and India's growing global role. He countered claims of bias in tax devolution to the South and outlined the BJP's electoral strategy, expressing optimism about the party's prospects in Bihar, Bengal, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala.
