Born in March 1999, she studied at Yale University, earning a BS in Psychology and a certificate in advanced Mandarin language study. She is also trained in Kuchipudi under gurus Raja & Radha Reddy and Kaushalya Reddy. The groom, Shashvat Somany, is the son of industrialist Sandeep Somany and Sumita Somany. Sandeep Somany is the Chairman and MD of Somany Impresa Ltd. and AGI Greenpac Limited. Shashvat, who studied business strategy and management abroad, joined the family enterprise in 2024 and is considered a next-generation leader of the Somany Group.
Naveen Jindal's political journey has seen him cross party lines. He first entered Parliament as a Congress MP in 2004, representing the Kurukshetra Lok Sabha seat. He was re-elected in 2009 but lost in 2014. In 2024, he joined the BJP and won back his seat.
