RedotPay Secures $107M Series B Funding Led by Goodwater to Scale Stablecoin Payment Solutions.

RedotPay, a Hong Kong-based fintech firm specializing in stablecoin payments, has announced the successful completion of a $107 million Series B funding round. The round was led by Goodwater Capital, with participation from Pantera Capital, Blockchain Capital, and Circle Ventures, as well as continued support from existing investors like HSG. This latest investment brings RedotPay's total capital raised in 2025 to $194 million, signaling strong investor confidence in the company's growth and market position.

RedotPay is disrupting traditional fintech by utilizing blockchain technology to provide users with an enhanced payment experience. The company boasts over 6 million registered users across more than 100 countries and reports an annualized payment volume exceeding $10 billion. Impressively, RedotPay has nearly tripled its payment volume year-on-year and added over 3 million new users to its platform in 2025 alone. The company generates over $150 million in annualized revenue, demonstrating a profitable and scalable business model.

The new capital will be used to fuel product innovation, expand regulatory compliance, pursue strategic acquisitions, and support global hiring initiatives. RedotPay aims to accelerate the adoption of stablecoin-based payments, making digital finance more accessible, secure, and efficient for a global audience. The company's platform includes a stablecoin-based debit card, a global payout network, and a multi-currency account system that bridges the gap between cryptocurrency and traditional finance.

Michael Gao, co-founder and CEO of RedotPay, stated that the company's goal is to empower users to manage their finances confidently through stablecoin-powered financial services. He added that the funding will help accelerate product innovation and expand the company's global reach while scaling infrastructure and compliance.

Jin Oh, Partner at Goodwater Capital, noted that stablecoins have the potential to disrupt global money flow and strengthen financial inclusion. Goodwater invests in platform companies reshaping consumer experiences on a global scale.

Investors Pantera and Blockchain Capital highlighted RedotPay's ability to address real-world financial challenges, such as inflation and fragile banking systems. Stablecoins facilitate cross-border payments and provide access to the dollar for millions.

RedotPay's success comes as the stablecoin market capitalization nears a record high of $310 billion, even amidst crypto market volatility. This indicates a growing trend of investors holding capital within the stablecoin ecosystem. The broader adoption of stablecoins is also being supported by initiatives like Visa's new stablecoin advisory practice, which aims to assist banks and fintech companies in integrating stablecoins for payments and settlements.
