The film, which stars Khatter alongside Vishal Jethwa and Janhvi Kapoor, explores themes of friendship, duty, and the pressures faced by young Indians navigating societal and economic challenges. Homebound was also selected for the Gala Presentations section at the 2025 Toronto International Film Festival.
