The Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB) has officially declared the results for the Police Constable Recruitment Test - 2025. The results, which were eagerly awaited by candidates, were published on January 25, 2026, on the official MPESB website, www.esb.mp.gov.in. This recruitment drive aimed to fill 7500 Constable positions across the state.
The selection process involves three stages: a written examination, a physical proficiency test (PPT), and a medical examination. The written exam, the first stage of the selection process, was conducted from October 30 to December 15, 2025. Candidates who have cleared the written exam are now eligible to appear for the next phase, the Physical Proficiency Test.
According to the released results, 59,438 candidates have been shortlisted for the second phase of the selection process. Candidates can check their results on the official website by entering their login details, specifically their Application Number and Date of Birth.

- View and download your result.

Salary Structure:
The selected candidates for the Police Constable posts will be offered a salary in the pay scale of Rs. 19,500-62,000 (Level 4).
The MPESB had earlier released the answer key for the Constable Recruitment Exam 2025 on December 17, 2025. This allowed candidates to estimate their performance in the written exam. The recruitment notification was released on September 13, 2025, and the online application process commenced on September 15, 2025.
Candidates who have qualified for the Physical Proficiency Test are advised to prepare themselves for the next stage of the selection process. The dates and other details regarding the PPT will be released soon on the official website.
